Current Regulator for Tundish
Our current regulator is made of high-tech refractory castable with high purity raw materials. It is used for continuous casting tundish. We design different current regulators according to customer’s specific need. Featured with good erosion resistance to molten steel, high strength under medium and high temperature, it can control the steel flow effectively and slow down the speed of molten steel. Thus, slag can float up and molten steel is purified.

Slag Weir and Slag Dam
Our slag weir and slag dam is classified into Al2O3-MgO, MgO, MgO-Al2O3 based. It is made of high-tech refractory castable after special treatment, featured with compact component, low apparent porosity, high refractoriness and refractoriness under load (RUL), excellent high temperature strength, thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance, and good capability for slag skimming. There are sorts of specifications to meet different needs.

Impact pad
Impact pad is the most important in the continuous casting tundish, which decides the service life of tundish. We developed high Al2O3 and MgO based impact pad to meet the requirements of different steel production techniques. This series product is featured with compact component, low apparent porosity, high refractoriness and refractoriness under load (RUL), excellent high temperature strength and thermal shock resistance.
