Gunning Mix & Trowelling Mix for Tundish
This series product selects superior MgO and MaO-CaO sand as main materials. It is made after special treatment with compound binder and other agents. It performs well on slag erosion and penetration. Featured with spalling resistance, high strength and volume stability under high temperature, it has very good usability. Installment can be done by gunning or manual trowelling. It has long life endurance. Residue is easy to be disintegrated, which can accelerate the recycle of tundish, extend service life of permanent lining, and improve purity of molten steel. It is the first option for ling of tundish for superior steel production. Mix without phosphorus is designed for special steel products like stainless steel. This product chooses special binder, which can keep molten steel from polluting by mix containing phosphorus.
